These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website foodventureprogram.com, including all related sites, landing pages, online courses, live and recorded classes, products, content, and services (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”), operated by Food Venture Program Inc., and Food Venture Accelerator (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any of these documents, you must not access or use the Site or Services.
1. Age Requirements

You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for User Content you submit or share.

All content on the Site and in the Services (excluding User Content) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
